Piette is a dedicated and accomplished commercial property professional, specialising in industrial sales and leasing across the ACT and surrounding NSW regions. She brings over a decade of experience spanning business, sales, and real estate. 

Her deep passion for the industrial property sector, paired with her extensive knowledge of key precincts—including Mitchell, Hume, Beard, Fyshwick, Phillip, Tuggeranong, and Queanbeyan—allows her to expertly manage sales and leasing for office, retail, and industrial users alike.

Piette’s commitment  is reflected in her proactive communication, strategic thinking, and consistent delivery. 

Sonia is a highly experienced Property Manager with over 30 years in real estate, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a multicultural perspective shaped by her upbringing across various countries through her father’s diplomatic career.  This global exposure has instilled in her strong interpersonal skills and a deep respect for cultural diversity. 

Based in Canberra for more than three decades, Sonia holds a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from ANU. She is known for her warm, professional approach and dedication to delivering high-quality service across property management, marketing, payroll, and sales.

Outside of work, Sonia values personal connections and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Sara plays a pivotal role in the company’s success, supporting both clients and the property management team with professionalism and care. With a strong background in administration, communication, and client service, she brings organisation and efficiency to every aspect of her work.

Sara’s attention to detail and proactive approach ensure that landlords, tenants, and team members receive timely support across all areas of property and leasing. From coordinating maintenance and tenancy documentation to managing enquiries and assisting with daily operations, she helps deliver a seamless and reliable client experience.
